FEATURE ARTIST: FULCRUM LEATHER

Carla Hutchings grew up working with her hands and had tried many crafts before landing on leather work. She learned how to work with leather and sew at a young age, and started making things for her friends. The demand grew to the point when she decided to create a business, and Fulcrum Leather was born.

The company is still young, and Carla is excited to see where the journey will take her. Ultimately she would like to create a co-work space for all types of artisans, giving people a chance to create their art if they don’t have access to space or equipment.
